Purchasing:

When a buyer decides to buy an Apartment he/she should contact the Marketing Department who will provide an authorization form. The respective buyer will need to fill up this form and send it back to the department.

We have cash payment system and fixed monthly payment. The payment arrangements will depend on the agreed outcome of the discussions between the Client and the Marketing Department. Bank details will be provided to the buyer to deposit booking money and other transactions. Our booking & down payment is 30% of total price of the apartment. Installments were divided into 6 to 12 times. Again, these will be finalized after the discussion between the buyer and seller.
